ድልዝ ፍትፍት (Dilize Fitfit)
በእናቶቻችን ጓዳ በርበሬ ሲዘጋጅ ነጭ ሽንኩርት ዝንJብል ጤናዳም እና በበሶ ብላ ተቀምሞ አና ተብላልቶ ለወፍጮ ይዘጋጃል ከመፈጨቱም በፊት ለቅምሻ ተብሎ ይፈተፈታል፡፡ በማዕድ ቤታችን ሙያ ቀምመን አዘጋጅተነዋል Dilize fitfit is made with bärbäre ; a spice mixture whose constituent elements usuallyinclude chili peppers, coriander, garlic, ginger, basil, korarima, rue, ajwain or radhuni,nigella, and fenugreek (abish).
ቂንጬ (Qinche)
የአጃ ቂንጬ በቲማቲም ወይም በአርንጓዴ ሶስ ተቀምሞ Local pin-head oats, never rolled or processed, served with Green sauce or tomato sauce
ፉል (Ful)
Ful is made by slowly cooking fava beans in water. Once the beans have softened, they are crushed into a tomato paste and served with fresh chopped onions and tomato
ቡላ ገንፎ (Bula Porridge)
ቡላ ወተት ፣ ሚጥሚጣ እና የተነጠረ ዘይት Bulla is a processed starch or dough made from 'enset' (false banana.) the porridge made with milk, hot spices and Ethiopian Butter
ብርቱ ጨጨብሳ (Super Chechebsa)
ጥቁር ጤፍ የተነጠረ ዘይት ፣ በርበሬ፣ማር እና ቅመሞች እና ተልባ ተቀምሞ ከእንቁላል እርጎ የሚቀርብ Brown Teff crêpes torn into small pieces and is mixed with Ethiopian paprika and butter spiced butter until it’s a moist and soft mixture. we served with Yogurt and Scrambled eggጭማቂ Healthy shakes


አረንጓዴ ጎርፍ (Green Juice)
ኪያር፣ሴለሪ፣ዝንጅብልና ሎሚ) (ኪያር ለሰውነታችን የውሃ ክምችት እንዲጨምር ያደርጋል፡፡ክብደትን እና ቦርጭን ለመቀነስ ይረዳል ፣ ካንሰርን ይከላከላል ፣ የደም ግፊትን ያስተካክላል የአጥንት ጤናን ጠብቆ ጤናማ ቆዳን ያጎናፅፋል፡፡ cucumber , celery , Ginger lemon with Sugarcane and ice
